Enter the email & password given to you — the app shows screens matching your role.

Use the left menu
Everything you're allowed to open is listed on the left. Tap to navigate.

Sparkle icons are AI helpers — rank vendors, forecast savings, run checks.

Check the top bar
Notifications bell, profile menu (sign out), and a light/dark mode toggle.

- Don't see a screen you expected? Your role may not have access — ask IT Admin to enable it in Permissions Manager.
- Most lists filter by factory and date — look for filters at the top of each screen.
- The ✨ AI buttons are safe to try — they only suggest and analyse; they never place orders themselves.
- Use the demo accounts on the login screen to explore each module hands-on.
